The Marion County Prosecutor, IMPD, the DEA recently announced three new cases charging accused drug dealers with the deaths of 5 people, caused by fentanyl.

A tougher law allowing prosecutors to go after dealers went into effect in 2018. But, a FOX59 investigation in 2021 found Marion county rarely used the law.
