Ex-Fountain Hill official gets probation after soliciting sex for cash from 2, including teen

Eric Gratz, 42, of Alburtis, pleaded guilty on Friday, March 22, 2024 to two counts of misdemeanor solicitation to commit prostitution. A Lehigh County judge sentenced him to two years of probation.

Fountain Hill’s former borough manager was sentenced to two years of probation after offering cash to two females, including a teen, in exchange for sex, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office announced last week.

Eric Gratz, 42, of Alburtis, pleaded guilty Friday to two counts of misdemeanor solicitation to commit prostitution. Lehigh County Judge Anna-Kristie M. Marks presided over the case, and Gratz remains free on $5,000 unsecured bail.
