I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a person-centered, relational therapist who believes people are naturally driven towards growth and possess the resources to do just that. Together we will improve self-esteem and build autonomy as well as your sense of interconnection and belonging inside of your relationships. We will work to explore, acknowledge, and improve communication patterns. Ultimately, I aim to help you regain a sense of resilience. Change takes time and consistency; in collaboration we will begin the process to help you heal and gain momentum towards your goals.
I enjoy working with individuals from children to adults as well as couples and families. I have been trained in trauma informed care and have experience in multiple treatment modalities. I believe treatment is not "one size fits all." I am sure we can work together to find a course of treatment which will help us facilitate the change you are looking for.
