Honestly, a potential presidential bid is starting off SWIMMINGLY for Howard Schultz.

@ryanbeckwith, roasting an ad from former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz that says, “The majority of Americans aren’t Democrats or Republicans, the majority of Americans are Americans.” The ad sparked questions about what that “minority” might be instead. Schultz is mulling running for president as a centrist independent.

My thoughts are with the 0.043% of people (probably the minority of Americans who aren’t Americans! Get it?) using BBM.

@IzzyLucid, reacting to the news that the consumer version of BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) will be discontinued on May 31. Though the enterprise version, known as BBMe, will become available for personal use, longtime users were saddened by the news, remembering BBM as the quintessential messaging app of the early 2000s. BBMe will be free for the first year, after which users can pay for six-month subscriptions.

Unless your fave is Katelyn Ohashi, they quite literally could never.

@Sarahkaczynski, congratulating UCLA gymnast Katelyn Ohashi after she performed her final collegiate routine Saturday. Ohashi’s high-energy performances and sunny disposition led to her floor routines going massively viral in the past year. She scored a 9.950 on her final floor run, leading UCLA to a third-place finish in the NCAA championships.

Overpopulation is so 2018. Everyone knows the real culprit of falling fertility is a streaming service.

@Skepticserver, joking about an article from The Wall Street Journal that suggests Netflix is to blame for falling fertility rates. The piece asserts that the “Netflix and Chill” binge-watching mindset is leading to decreased intimacy in couples. The article was widely panned, with many saying that millennials are more worried about maintaining a steady job than starting a family.

And now our Ghost Watch has ended. Not our “Thrones” Watch though. We still have an incredibly deadly battle to watch.

@thecherness, tweeting about the brief return of Ghost, Jon Snow’s direwolf, during Sunday’s episode of “Game of Thrones.” Fans of the show have publicly been on “Ghost Watch” since his last appearance during Season 6 in 2016. “Thrones” showrunners have attributed Ghost’s spotty appearances to a tight CGI budget.
