I am a board-certified Neuropsychologist through the American Board of Professional Psychology specializing in Psychological and Neuropsychological testing. I was the Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist on active duty in Department of Defense until retirement after 26 years total military service. As a retired U. S. Army Major, I administer Psychological testing for PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury. I administer testing for Dementia, Alzheimer’s, ADHD/ADD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety and other Psychological and Neuropsychological Disorders.

My therapeutic approach is Existential Phenomenological, heavily emphasizing Jungian psychology. I was introduced to Existential Phenomenology while attending the University of Dallas, where I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology. I obtained my master's in psychology at the University of West Georgia. Then, after several years, I returned to school to obtain a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Additional studies include play therapy, art therapy, SandPlay, family studies, psychophysiology, and neuropsychology. My eclectic tools range from expressive art therapies to cognitive behavioral techniques.

We believe through a nurturing, positive relationship, we can explore root causes of depression, anxiety, and life dissatisfaction. Through this process, we can begin to re-shape the self to feel confident, peaceful, and hopeful. Change comes out of conflict, and healing begins when we feel safe. We will cultivate a space where you feel safe to explore your internal and external conflicts, and together we will move toward change.
