ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) — The Round Rock Police Department reopened the road outside its police station after a suitcase was left outside the building. Police say no items of concern were found in the suitcase.

Round Rock police say a woman parked at its offices and left a suitcase on the walkway outside, then left.

The 2700 block of North Mays Street was closed off to the public after the package was discovered on Monday morning.

“Out of an abundance of caution, APD bomb squad was called to render the suitcase safe. It contained only personal items,” RRPD said.

The police station was not evacuated, the police department said.
