You're No Longer Alone-Two New Support Groups Launched for ADHD Adults and Parents of ADHD Children

Struggling with ADHD can be a very isolating and difficult experience for individuals with ADHD and their families. Being part of a support group of people who share your challenges offers validation, support, and resources. Recently, two new support groups were launched for the ADHD community in Rockland County and surrounding areas. The first for Adults with ADHD and executive function challenges is called the ADHD Adult ADDvantage and meets monthly on Monday evenings. The second group The Parenting ADDvantage is targeted for Parents of children with ADHD and executive function issues and meets monthly on Wednesday evenings.

Both groups offer a non-judgemental safe space for adults with ADHD or parents  to connect with each other and receive support. Members share their challenges, triumphs, and have a few laughs while gaining practical resources, tips, and strategies to manage ADHD. The groups are facilitated by a professional ADHD coach with more than a decade of experience in helping ADHD children and adults. Interested in joining?
