It’s official. Yoerg Brewing Company taproom is now open for business.

The St. Paul spot, in the former Strip Club Meat & Fish site, is pouring Bavarian-inspired house beers based on the original steam lager recipe brewed in St. Paul in 1848 by Anthony Yoerg.

The spot in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood is also serving European beers from Bavaria, Poland, the Czech Republic and Great Britain.

In addition to beer, the menu features wine, charcuterie and cheese plates, brats and currywurst as well as pizza.
