ANNAPOLIS, MD — Maryland first lady Yumi Hogan tested positive for COVID-19, Gov. Larry Hogan announced Thursday morning. The governor tested negative on rapid and PCR swabs. The first lady will isolate in the governor's mansion.

"Having been vaccinated and boosted, she is only experiencing mild symptoms," the governor tweeted. "We want to again take this opportunity to urge Marylanders to get boosted for maximum protection against the omicron variant."
