The ongoing tennis match between Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal is causing a buzz on Twitter on June 7.

Their match in the semi-finals of the French Open, also known as Roland Garros, accounts for two of the top ten Twitter trending topics; seventh placed "#RafaNole35" and eighth placed "Nole." In both cases the word "Nole" refers to the affectionate nickname given to Djokovic by his fans.

Elsewhere on Twitter users of the microblog are talking about "National Donut Day." The American day takes place on the first Friday in June each year. It is widely accepted that the day was created by the Salvation Army in 1938 to honor volunteers of the organization who served the sweet treats to servicemen in the First World War.
