Eligibility: The Coca-Cola Hall of Fans Photo Contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of Tennessee, Alabama & Kentucky and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers & directors of Tennessee Football, Inc., doing business as the Tennessee Titans ("Sponsor"), the Coca-Cola Company, the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and each such individual's immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Void outside the aforementioned states and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for Contest purposes.

How To Participate: The Contest starts on June 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on July 19, 2019 at 11:59 PM CT (the "Contest Period"). Participants are asked to submit a photo (with a descriptive caption) displaying an image of themselves showing their support of the Tennessee Titans during the Contest Period on the Tennessee Titans Facebook page (Facebook.com/Titans), the Tennessee Titans Twitter page (Twitter.com/TennesseeTitans), the Tennessee Titans Instagram page (Instagram.com/TennesseeTitans), or on the Tennessee Titans website (https://www.titansonline.com/fans/hall-of-fans) (each, a "Submission" and/or "Entry"). Participants may submit their Entry as follows:

a) Facebook: Visit Facebook.com/Titans and follow the Contest instructions to complete the entry form and upload your Submission. Completion of the entry form on Facebook constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules.

b) Twitter: Tweet your Submission via your Twitter account using the hashtag #TitansFanHOF (the "Twitter Hashtag") and copying the Tennessee Titans twitter account, @TennesseeTitans. Any photo on Twitter tagged with the Twitter Hashtag may be eligible for this Contest. Use of the Twitter Hashtag constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules.

c) Instagram: Post your Submission on Instagram through your Instagram account using the hashtag #TitansFanHOF (the "Instagram Hashtag") and copying the Tennessee Titans Instagram account, @TennesseeTitans. Any photo tagged with the Instagram Hashtag on Instagram may be eligible for the Contest. Your Submission must include the Instagram Hashtag in order to be eligible. By using the Instagram Hashtag in connection with your Instagram post, you are acknowledging and agreeing that Sponsor has the right to stream your post through the Instagram API or otherwise use your post as set forth herein. Use of the Instagram Hashtag constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules.

d) Website: Visit https://www.titansonline.com/fans/hall-of-fans and complete the entry form and upload your submission.

Limit one (1) Contest entry per handle, person and/or per valid e-mail address per day, regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries received beyond the first Entry from any given handle, person and/or valid e-mail on any given day will be void. By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby warrants and represents that the Entry conforms to the Entry Requirements set forth herein. Entries that are deemed by the judges in their sole discretion to be immoral, obscene, profane or not in keeping with Sponsor's image or in violation of these Official Rules will be void. In addition, to be eligible, Entry cannot include any third party intellectual property, general property, likeness or imagery. Entry cannot defame or invade intellectual property rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any copyrighted, trademarked, or patented works or person's personal or proprietary rights. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Choosing Winners: Based on the criteria outlined below, one-hundred (100) Grand Prize winners will be determined on or about July 26, 2019 from among all eligible Submissions received throughout the Contest Period. Sponsor will judge all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria: 1) Creativity (0-25 points), 2) Passion (0-25 points). 3) Humor (0-25 points) and 4) Overall loyalty to the Tennessee Titans (0-25 points). The one-hundred (100) Submissions receiving the highest total score will win the Grand Prize. In the event of a tie, all tied Submissions will be re-judged by Sponsor based on the following criteria: Creativity (0-100 points).

All decisions by Sponsor and Judges are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than one-hundred (100) Grand Prize winners if, in their sole discretion, they do not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner via email, comment or direct message. The potential winner must then contact Sponsor using that contact information provided in the email, comment or direct message within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release within three (3) days of issuance. Sponsor will provide the Grand Prize winners with the Grand Prize, or with a voucher, certificate, or other document giving the person the unconditional right to receive the Grand Prize, within thirty (30) days of notifying the Grand Prize winners that they won. If a potential winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible according to these Official Rules; fails to return the required documents within the specified time period, if prize notification is returned as undeliverable; if a potential winner decides to decline his/her prize for any reason whatsoever; or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and the prize may be awarded to the next runner-up.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One-hundred (100) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive the following: Four (4) 2019 Tennessee Titans season tickets, a $50 concession voucher redeemable at Nissan Stadium for food and drink (not including alcohol), a 180-minute photo shoot (11:00AM - 1:00 PM CT) at Nissan Stadium in Nashville TN on August 3 or August 10, 2019 and a personalized banner to be hung in Nissan Stadium during the 2019-2020 NFL Season ("Grand Prize"). Dates of photoshoots subject to change. NOTE: Winner must attend the photo shoot at Nissan Stadium on either August 3rd or August 10th, 2019 in order for their banner to be produced and displayed.

Approximate Retail Value for each Grand Prize ("ARV"): $1,780. Transportation to and from each game (or photo shoot) is the sole responsibility of the winners. Seats located in the upper level. Exact seat location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the 2019 NFL season is not played due to player strike, management lockout, or other labor dispute or for any other reason outside the Sponsor's control, Grand Prize winner will receive 2020 Tennessee Titans season tickets in lieu of the 2019 Tennessee Titans season tickets. The Grand Prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for events in any subsequent years. Each winner and his/her respective guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from game. Released Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny attendance to any winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. Terms, conditions and restrictions on voucher may apply, as designated by issuer. All details, including exact time and overall nature of photo shoot, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, transportation to/from stadium (if applicable, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, etc.) are winner's sole responsibility. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person, handle and/or valid email address.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Contest: $178,000.

Entry Details: By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that his/her Submission does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party and does not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Entrants further warrant and represent that (1) Sponsor shall own the Submission (and all material embodied therein); (2) that by entering, the entrant irrevocably assigns to Sponsor and its designees any and all rights, title and interest in the Submission including but not limited to all intellectual property rights; and (3) that Sponsor and its designees shall have, without limitation, the perpetual, right, but not the obligation, worldwide to edit, adapt, modify, publish, exploit and use the Submission in any way and in any media for trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purposes as Sponsor and/or its designees may determine without further consideration, notification or permission of entrants, winners or any third parties or, at its discretion, remove any Submission. The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete or misdirected entries, Submissions or email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through facebook.com/Titans, Twitter.com/TennesseeTitans or Instagram.com/TennesseeTitans; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Contest; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise; or the administration of the Contest; or the processing or judging of Entries or Submissions. Use of any device to automate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and any entries or submissions received through such means will be void. Entries or Submissions will be disqualified if they contain inappropriate material or language, including profanity.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or any prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable or Sponsor being unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period for any reason will result in prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, a runner-up winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. By participating, each entrant acknowledges and agrees: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which are final and binding in all respects; (2) that his/her Submission (and all components thereof) will not be acknowledged or returned; (3) that Released Parties and their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (4) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability, loss, injury or damage to participants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to participants or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of entrant's participation in this Contest, the use of any photo or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect Submissions or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), labor controversy or threat thereof, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest and, in the event of such cancellation, suspension or termination, at its discretion, select the Grand Prize winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of such action. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to post all approved Entries on facebook.com/Titans for public viewing.

Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THIS CONTEST SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE, NASVILLE DIVISION, AND SPONSOR AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND VENUE. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

SPONSORS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE GRAND PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNERS' ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
