Live: JNK India’s Rs 650 Cr IPO kicks off; should you subscribe?| Management on future outlook Maharashtra-based JNK India’s Rs 650 cr IPO has kicked off for subscription. The price band has been set at Rs 395-415 a share and the IPO will close on April 25. The IPO consists of fresh shares of Rs 300 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 8.42 million shares by its existing shareholders and promoters. On the upper price band, the issue size will be Rs 650 crore and the post-issue market capitalisation is likely to be Rs 2,300 crore. The company has raised Rs 195 crore from institutional investors on April 22. Institutional investors including Goldman Sachs, Allianz Global Investors Fund, Natixis International Funds, Kotak Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, Nippon Life India, Mirae, DSP Mutual Fund, Edelweiss Trusteeship, LIC Mutual Fund, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company invested in the company via anchor book.
