Chrissy Teigen is at her most glamorous in a sheer feathered dress as she celebrates her 'first sober Italian getaway' with John Legend

She traveled to Italy early last month to take her mind off her social media bullying scandal.

But Chrissy Teigen just couldn't stay away and jetted back to the Mediterranean country over the weekend with her husband John Legend in tow.

The 35-year-old model showed off a stunningly glamorous outfit on Instagram to mark the occasion while joking that she finally had her 'first sober Italian getaway.'

Chrissy channeled 1920s high-society style with the gown, which was lined with voluminous white ostrich feathers.

The sheer material was enlivened by sparkling rows of silver sequins culminating in Vs over her sleeves.

She put on a busty display thanks to the outfit's plunging neckline and had her brunette locks styled in a bun with dangling strands to frame her elegantly made-up face.

The Bring The Funny judge was seen showing off her show-stopping looks in various parts of her living quarters, before her husband John posed with her next to a thick wooden trunk.

The R&B singer looked dashing as ever in a white tuxedo jacket with peaked lapels and a thick black bow tie.

He contrasted it with black trousers and dressed down a bit with sock-free patent leather loafers.

Chrissy gushed about her quick trip to Italy in her lengthy caption.

'Car plane car lunch lunch car plane another plane another car boat lunch dinner dinner dinner another car another boat plane another plane car HOME!!' she wrote playfully. 'We haven’t done something like this for soooo long, it made us feel young again!

Chrissy added her thanks for Unicef Italia and luxury retailer Luisa Via Roma, which put on a gala event in Capri to raise funds for the Italian arm of Unicef.

John joined Katy Perry and others to provide some of the musical entertainment for the evening, according to Vogue.

Among the other celebrities at the event were Emily Ratajkowski, Nicky Hilton, Eiza González, Sean Penn's daughter Dylan Penn and Borat 2 star Maria Bakalova.

Chrissy also included special thanks to her stylists for 'making me feel like the luigi’s mansion character i deserved.'

'But really thanks for making me feel so pretty and helping me along in my quest to have my first sober Italian getaway,' she added, referencing her decision late last year to cut out alcohol. 'I hate the word sober by the way, it’s so rehab/medical.

'Anyhow honestly it was so so trippy being sober at something you typically would have been wasted at. that paired with all the crazy hot young models and club dudes and seeing your young self over and over, oh man it was crazy. anyhow I dunno. I’m rambling. we had so much fun. I didn’t do anything I’d regret and I’m glad I’ll get to remember it all!!' she concluded.

Earlier, Chrissy shared some views of a boat trip she and John took with Capri's colorful hillside buildings in the distance with clouds blanket the cliffs.

Aside from when she's attending glamorous Italian galas, Chrissy has been keeping a relatively low profile in recent weeks after Courtney Stodden shared bullying tweets that she had sent them back in 2011, when they were only 16.

Courtney, who came out as nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns, also claimed that the Chrissy's Court star had sent them direct messages urging them to kill themself.

Other tweets said she wanted them to take a 'dirt nap,' a euphemism for dying.

Although she has mostly been silent on Twitter since then, Chrissy mused about being in a 'cancel club' in a recent Instagram post, which led to Courtney superimposing an image of themself on the original post for TikTok and captioning it 'Just be nice.'
