Mary Ellen Kuntz

Kuntz, Mary Ellen age 72, died peacefully December 5th, 2019 due to complications from her five year of battle of mesothe- lioma. Mary was born May 9, 1947 in Foxboro, Wisconsin to Clem and Viola Thompson. She married Robert Allen Kuntz on August 26, 1967. They began their life together in Minneapolis, MN. Shortly after, they moved to Burnsville, MN, where they raised their family. She always had a smile on her face. She never went anywhere without red lipstick, beautiful nails and dressing like a movie star. Mary was a devoted wife, a cherished mother of her three favorite daughters, and an adored grandma. She is survived by her husband Bob; sister Cathy (Dick) Holm; daughters Denise (Shawn) Simonson of Lake Crystal, Nicole (Vin) McMahon of Burnsville, and Dana (Alan) Bengt-son of Burnsville; and grandchildren Shealyn, Mara, Annabella, Hunter, and Hayden. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, and brothers: Bob, Gene, Jack, and Rich. There will be a celebration of Mary's life when the sun is shining in April.
