PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Vandals spray painted graffiti on a string of businesses in Northeast Portland, with surveillance video catching the pair in action.

Surveillance video shows the vandals, who are white and in their teens or early 20s, tagging Pip’s Doughnuts on Northeast Fremont.

Other nearby businesses and schools were hit with graffiti and had windows broken.

An investigation is underway.
