Braith Anasta's fiancée Rachael Lee reveals whether Jodi Gordon's daughter Aleeia calls her 'mum'

She has been a stepmother to Braith Anasta's daughter for about six years.

And Rachael Lee was asked during an Instagram Q&A on Thursday whether eight-year-old Aleeia - from Braith's short-lived marriage to ex-wife Jodi Gordon - calls her 'mum'.

The personal trainer, 33, who also shares daughter Gigi, four, with fiancé Braith and has an 11-year-old son named Addison from a previous relationship, revealed Aleeia prefers to call her 'Rachael' and saves 'mum' for her biological mother.

'Has Aleeia ever called you mum and do you care if she doesn't?' a follower asked.

Rachael responded: 'No [smiling face emoji] she calls me Rachael. She has her mummy [love heart emoji].'

Braith, 40, an NRL star-turned-commentator, spoke to Now To Love about his co-parenting arrangement with Jodi, 37, back in September 2020.

He explained that Jodi's return to Sydney, following her four-year stint on Neighbours in Melbourne, meant she was able to spend more time with Aleeia - but for the most part his daughter stays with him and Rachael during the week.

'I'm really big on routine and structure so that Aleeia has routine. She goes to school Monday to Friday and is here with us as a family, and then Jodi has her on the weekends,' he said.

'[Aleeia] can see [Jodi] whenever she likes. She probably sees her a bit more and can just go hang out - that's the advantage of being in Sydney.'

The footy pundit also revealed that while he and Rachael postponed their wedding due to the Covid pandemic, they were in no rush to tie the knot.

'We can't wait to get married, but we are pretty open to when that happens, so we're just going to take our time,' he said.
