Mark your calendars: These are Chicago’s top real estate events next week

Four new real estate events are on the calendar next week in Chicago.

On Wednesday, Bisnow is hosting its Chicago Repositioning & Adaptive Reuse event from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 1006 South Michigan Avenue. Come and discuss the strategies that investors are adopting when redeveloping projects, among other topics. Robert Burk of UrbanStreet Group, Jack Boarman of BKV Group, Raymond Warner of Franklin Partners, Randy Waites of Avison Young and others will speak at the event.

Also on Wednesday, the Chicago Association of Realtors is hosting its YPN Breakfast – Lifestyle & Wellness from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Manny’s Coffee Shop & Deli, 1141 South Jefferson Street. Attend for a discussion on lifestyle and wellness featuring tricks and tips to stay healthy with a busy schedule. Gideon Akande, a fitness and wellness coach, and Tiffany Louise, a lifestyle coach, will speak at the event. Jordan Pyle of Keller Williams Chicago will moderate the event.

On Thursday, the Urban Land Institute of Chicago is hosting its Summer Networking Event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at River Point, 444 West Lake Street. More than 200 real estate professionals will attend.  The event will feature lawn games and drinks, as well as a great view of the Chicago skyline.

On July 29 through July 31, the NAWRB: Women in the Housing & Real Estate Ecosystem is hosting its 5th Annual NAWRB Conference at the Standard Club, 320 South Plymouth Court. Attend to hear from key women in the real estate, housing and business industries and the key issues they face. Dottie Herman of Douglas Elliman, Erica Courtney of 2020Vet, Sharron P.A. Levine of FHFA will be among the speakers at the event.
