Violet Marie Dunn, 81, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died on Sunday, September 26, 2010, at a local health care facility.
She was the daughter of the late John and Hilda Robinson and was preceded in death by her husband, Frelian A. Dunn and nine siblings.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Violet was a very loving wife and mother. She enjoyed crocheting and taking care of her cats.
She is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Kathy (Jay) Coffey, Vickie Dunn, all of Chattanooga, Lori (Bill) Mumpower, of Columbiana, Al., three grandchildren, Aaron (Chasity) Conrad, Leah Mumpower, Evan Mumpower, four great-grandchildren, Abigail, Caleb, Christopher, James, brother, Bill Robinson, of Cleveland, Tn., sister, Helen Helton, of Rossville, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 29, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4–8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 28, at the funeral home.
