A health advisory urging patrons of Tolovana State Park beach to avoid contact with the water has been lifted, according to the Oregon Health Authority.
The advisory regarding the Clatsop County beach was issued Tuesday because of higher-than-normal levels of fecal bacteria found in ocean waters at the beach. The advisory was lifted Wednesday afternoon.
Beach conditions can be monitored at the Oregon Health Authority's public health website.
