Power Outage, Coronavirus Case Close 3 Norwalk Schools Monday

NORWALK, CT — Three Norwalk schools were closed Monday, two due to outages caused by Sunday's storm, and one to allow for contact tracing following the discovery of a coronavirus case over the weekend, according to district officials.
