Chip Gaines, much like his wife, Joanna, wears many hats. In between renovating homes, running the multi-faceted Magnolia empire, and being a loving father-of-five and husband, he's also a New York Times bestselling author.

In his first book, Capital Gaines: Smart Things I Learned Doing Stupid Stuff, he unpacks the true definition of success and guides readers on how to go after it. Now, Chip is set to release his second book, No Pain, No Gaines: The Good Stuff Doesn’t Come Easy, where he opens up about how he and Joanna would not have been able to birth Magnolia and all its entities without a supportive network of people. In particular, the book discusses how one can successfully build this team to rely on. While Chip's expert advice is already a pretty good reason to get your hands on the title STAT, there's another incentive to purchasing the book just a little bit early that really sweetens the deal.

In a Facebook post promoting the book, Magnolia announces that folks who pre-order the book before March 5, 2021, will be eligible to win a free trip to Waco, Texas, as well as some other goodies. As the post explains, Chip has hidden special tickets in 10 copies of his new book. Each ticket will grant the reader $1000 cash, a one-night stay for two in Waco (a.k.a. the home of Magnolia Market), a $500 Visa gift card to cover travel expenses, a tour of Magnolia Market's grounds as well as a free breakfast there and dinner at Magnolia Table (all other expenses must come out-of-pocket). Only those who order by Friday at midnight will have a chance to receive one of these lucky tickets inside their copies. Also, only books ordered through the Magnolia website are eligible.

For full rules and regulations, you can head here. If you choose not to participate in the giveaway, No Pain, No Gaines: The Good Stuff Doesn’t Come Easy will hit shelves later this month on March 16, 2021. As Chip explains in a press release: "This is a book about networks... not a book about networking." The release also notes that Chip's sophomore title is a "by-the-bootstraps manual for building a network you can count on—one that requires faith in people, hope, and a willingness to grow even when it hurts." No Pain, No Gaines: The Good Stuff Doesn’t Come Easy (hardcover) will retail for $26.99.
