SOUTH 12TH STREET, 500 BLOCK: A 1981 Kawasaki motorcycle was reported stolen Sunday and located a short distance away. The thieves were unable to get it started, but caused damage to the motorcycle, according to a police report.

MIDLAND BOULEVARD, 1800 BLOCK: A 1996 Honda Accord valued at $2,500 was reported stolen from a maintenance shop. The keys were still at the shop, according to a police report.

MIDLAND BOULEVARD, 2800 BLOCK: A 2013 Wolf RX50 scooter valued at $2,189 was reported stolen as “unauthorized vehicle use” after it was lent to two people who did not return it, according to a police report.

SOUTH 31ST STREET, 8500 BLOCK: A 2006 orange and black Kawasaki ZX10 motorcycle valued at $6,000 was reported stolen from a residence, according to a police report.

FORGERIES/FRAUDS

MARIE GAINES, 40, OF FORT SMITH was arrested on felony warrants including financial identity fraud, fraudulent use of a credit card, and failure to appear.

TERRORIST THREATENING

NORTH 14TH STREET, 1000 BLOCK: Three men who witnessed and attempted to stop a domestic disturbance between a man and a woman were threatened by the male suspect who reportedly said he going to “shoot up the house and everyone in it.”

OTHER INCIDENTS/ARRESTS

JOHN E. HUTTON, 55, OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting a cart of groceries from the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Rogers Avenue, according to a police report.

OSBORN HASKSISOMBATH, 30, OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting an iPhone case at the Zero Street Walmart and was unable to provide a prescription for 18 suspected Alazopram pills found in his wallet when searched, according to a police report.

CURTIS ANDREW POSEY, 34, OF MULDROW AND SENGATHIT PHOUNSAVATH, 30, OF VAN BUREN were arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a firearm and parole violation during a traffic stop at the Zero Street and Interstate 540.
