We specialize in adolescent depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, personality disorders, dual diagnoses, suicidality and other issues. Many of our children and teens have difficulty regulating emotions and are engaging in high-risk/self-harm behaviors. We offer Central California's premier, adult mental health Residential Treatment Center, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Intensive Outpatient Program. Our program is run by talented and experienced mental health clinicians that use evidenced based treatment to help restore health and functioning in those that are struggling with mental health conditions. We have a residential ("inpatient") treatment center where patients receive treatment 24/7. Services include psychiatry, nursing, individual and group therapy, and more. Sierra Meadows also has a partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program that meets four to five days per week, at our outpatient center. Patients receive an initial psychological assessment, an individualized treatment plan, group and individual therapy, and case management services. We serve adults with a wide range of mental health conditions including those who are having difficulty coping with life’s stressors due to heightened mental health symptoms. We offer a safe, supportive, warm home environment for teens to stabilize and learn practical ways to improve their emotional health.
