Retailers rush to register for major shopping festival "bahrain noor el ain"


(MENAFNEditorial) Bahrain Noor El Ain's announced that retailers have been quick to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the upcoming Bahrain Noor El Ain festival, which runs from December 15th 2014 to February 16th 2015.

The nation-wide festival is being led by a committee that comprises of Tamkeen, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Information Affairs Authority, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning, Ministry of Health, Gulf Air, Bahrain Development Bank, Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat), and Edamah. It is also supported by several private and public sector organisations.

Bahrain Noor El Ain, literally means "Bahrain the Light of our Eyes" a term of affection which is often used by Bahrainis to describe how brightly their deep pride and feelings of patriotism shine. The Bahrain Noor El Ain festival is therefore a national celebration of these feelings, and a fitting platform for all Bahrainis to express their love for their country and pride in its achievements, wherein the spirit of Bahrain comes alive. The festival will feature an exciting array of events designed to showcase the very best of what Bahrain has to offer to its people, the region and the world.

The Bahrain Noor El Ain Festival will create economic and commercial benefits for the Kingdom, the private sector and its people, while communicating Bahrain's unique spirit. The festival is supported by the public and private sectors, thus emphasising the partnership feel of the festival.

This is a wonderful accolade to the support of our outstanding retail sector.

We would also like to encourage independent retailers, of all sizes, to participate by registering at the Bahrain Noor El Ain kiosks at the Beit Al Tijjar lobby in Sanabis, between 8am and 4pm, and designated kiosks at the Northern and Muharraq Municipality Offices".
