Paul Hastings announced today that its longtime chair Seth Zachary, who oversaw a period of remarkable growth, will step down from the role in October 2022.
Zachary will remain with the firm as a partner until 2024, when he will officially retire from the firm. Frank Lopez, co-head of the firm’s securities and capital markets practice and partner in the firm’s leveraged finance practice in New York, was voted chair-elect effective October 2021.
