SAN ANGELO, Texas — Knowing many students depend on meals provided by the district's Child Nutrition Department, San Angelo ISD's leadership team has been developing a plan to provide meals for students in the event that schools needed to be closed.
As KTXS reported on Friday, San Angelo ISD schools will be closed March 16-20.
During the coronavirus closure, San Angelo ISD said it will be providing grab-and-go breakfast/lunches during coronavirus closure.
The grab-and-go meals will be provided at five campus locations beginning Tuesday.
The district said more information, including times and locations, will be provided Sunday.
