Parklife 2021: Megan Thee Stallion, Dave and Skepta get top billing as FULL line-up is revealed for festival

Megan Thee Stallion, Skepta and Dave are leading this year's group of artists who are taking to the stage at the Parklife festival in September.

This year's line-up was announced on Wednesday with the annual event set to return to Heaton Park after organisers had to cancel the 2020 bash due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Three-time Grammy Award winner Megan Thee Stallion will entertain festival goers following her success with recent singles Savage and WAP with Cardi B.

Earlier this year, organisers announced Parklife would be pushed back from June to September 11-12.

After a year of lockdown, festival goers are eager to get their hands on tickets as 250,000 fans have already signed up for presale tickets.

General tickets go on sale on Thursday, March 25 from 10am.

Parklife first began in 2010 with headliners from previous years including the xx, Liam Gallagher and Frank Ocean.

It comes after Megan recently won her first Grammy Award during the 2021 pre-ceremony, winning Best Rap Performance for Beyoncé's remix of Savage.

The Houston girls made history with the win, as they became the first women to take home an award in that category.

Their collab also won Best Rap Song and was nominated for Record of the Year, while Megan won Best New Artist.

Megan thanked her haters in a behind-the-scenes video her Hottie World YouTube vlog: 'I feel like I gotta thank the people that gave me a hard time. I don't know if I would've went as hard.

'I probably definitely would've went hard, but just the fact that somebody telling me, "No, you can't," made me be like, "B****, yes I can! Watch me, ho!"'
