COLUMBIA, S.C. — While no one won the whole jackpot in Saturday night's Powerball drawing, South Carolina is looking lucky again, with at least three major winning tickets sold right here in the Palmetto State.

Two $2 million winning tickets were sold in South Carolina -- one in Indian Land and the other in Mauldin. QuikTrip #1048 at 9565 Charlotte Hwy. in Indian Land sold one of the tickets and Publix #1012 at 111 W. Butler Rd. in Mauldin sold the other.

A $1 million winning ticket was sold in Goose Creek Wednesday night. Skiff LLC at 205 S. Goose Creek Blvd. in Goose Creek sold the $1 million ticket.

The winning numbers were 10, 14, 50, 53, 63, and a Powerball of 21.

According to the SC Education Lottery, all three tickets matched all five white ball numbers drawn. Because two of the ticket holders purchased PowerPlay for an extra $1, their $1 million prize increased to $2 million.

More than to 38,000 players in South Carolina hold tickets for prizes from $4 up to $2 million, according to the SC Education Lottery, who advises winners to sign their ticket and secure them. Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes. For complete information on claiming prizes, visit sceducationlottery.com.
