Another Memphis football player has entered the transfer portal.

Freshman defensive lineman Trevis Hopper is in the portal, according to Rivals. He had yet to play in a game for the Tigers after redshirting last season.

Hopper also has not been on the Tigers' roster since at least the week leading to the Oct. 3 game at SMU.

Memphis Central's Trevis Hopper, center, yells out to his teammates during their game against Whitehaven at Central High School on Friday, Oct. 5, 2018.

A former three-star recruit from Central High School, Hopper was the Tigers' highest ranked local signing in the 2019 class. Hopper was also the sixth highest-ranked player in the class.

He played four seasons at Central and was a Class 6A All-State lineman as a senior. He was named Mr. Football Class 5A Lineman as a sophomore.

He's now the 13th Memphis player to transfer, opt out or take a leave of absence this season. Offensive lineman Titus Jones was reported to have entered the portal but he is still listed on the team's roster and depth chart ahead of Tulane on Saturday.
