Katie Holmes enjoyed a solo outing in the Big Apple after going public with her new boyfriend, musician Bobby Wooten III.
The former Dawson's Creek star, 43, stepped out in New York City on Tuesday in a baggy, off-white sweatshirt and wrinkled cargo pants.
She sipped on some coffee and took a call on her red encased phone.

The actress strode down the sidewalk in casual white sneakers with Velcro straps and a pair of black shades shielding her eyes.
She wore her hair scooped up into a messy top knot and kept the makeup to a minimum, opting to showcase her natural beauty.

There was no sign of her new boyfriend Bobby, whom she was recently spotted with for the first time.

The adorable new couple couldn't keep their hands off each other, stopping for kisses and tender embraces as they strolled through Central Park last week. Katie was also seen slipping her hand into the backside of her man's pants.
It is the first relationship for the Batman Begins actress since she split with chef Emilio Vitolo Jr., 33, who she broke up with in May last year.
Before that, the movie star had been in a years-long secret romance with actor Jamie Foxx, 54.

Wooten is a professional bass player who has featured prominently in a number of Broadway shows including the smash hit Moulin Rouge! as well as playing for major stars including David Byrne and Jennifer Lopez.
He most recently played bass for Canadian pop singer Carly Rae Jepson at the Coachella music festival in Indio, California, where he shared the stage with acts like Harry Styles.
Wooten is known for playing bass in Talking Heads frontman David Byrne's Broadway show American Utopia, which was also the subject of a Spike Lee documentary for HBO Max.
The musician also has composition and production credits for the TV series Empire, ESPN, Nike, Google, and Reebok.
Meanwhile, ex Dawson's Creek star Katie has been linked to many famous faces over the years, most notably her romance with Tom Cruise who she met in 2005 and then married a little over a year later in November 2006.
The pair had one child together, daughter Suri Cruise, 16, before divorcing in 2012.
