Michigan reports 901 new cases of coronavirus, 15 deaths Saturday
Michigan has lost 15 more people to the novel coronavirus and 901 more people have tested positive for COVID-19, according to Saturday's update from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
Eleven of the 15 deaths were from a review of vital records by the state.
The state's totals are now 6,723 confirmed deaths and 121,427 confirmed cases.

Michigan has a fatality rate of 5.5% among known cases.
The state has a positivity rate of 2.91%, reporting 1,192 out of 40,937 diagnostic test results returned Friday were positive.
The state has reported 321 probable COVID-19 deaths and 12,946 probable cases.
The probable cases combined with the confirmed cases make for a cumulative total of 7,044 deaths and 134,373 cases.
