Regular readers of Dread Central may remember the name Andrew Bowser. He won our “Outbreak Breakout” short film contest with his incredible entry, The Green Shit. If you missed it, check it out in the link below.

Bowser has released three spooky short films the week of Halloween, starring genre favorites Olivia Taylor Dudley (The Magicians), Jessica Parker Kennedy (The Flash), Adrienne Barbeau (The Fog, Escape from New York), and Zach Galligan (Gremlins, Waxwork). It all culminates today with the release of his short film Little Willy, which you can see now exclusively on Dread Central!

Little Willy has previously played multiple virtual festivals in recent months including Chattanooga, Nightmares, FrightFest UK, Telluride Horror Show, San Antonio, Crimson Screen, Seattle Crypticon, and Portland Horror.

Synopsis:
A duo of horror hosts attempt to invoke the power of a CURSED VHS TAPE during a livestream.
Self Tape (Starring Jessica Parker Kennedy)
Synopsis:
An actress is interrupted by a superfan while recording a “Self Tape” audition in her home.
Little Willy (Starring Adrienne Barbeau and Zach Galligan)
Synopsis:
A former child actor, known for the 1980s horror film Little Willy, has a mental breakdown in his mid-30s while attending a horror convention.
About Andrew Bowser:
Andrew Bowser is known to the internet as the creator of Weird Satanist Guy or Weird Arby’s Guy aka Onyx the Fortuitous, a comedic persona with over 200 Million views online. As a director, he helmed in-house comedy and scripted content at Nerdist/Legendary Digital Networks for 6 years and was responsible for their viral hits That Spidey Life, Tommy Wiseau Joker Audition Tape, and A Star Wars Is Born. He has also directed content for Funny or Die, Blizzard Entertainment, and Legendary Pictures, working with horror icons Barbara Crampton and Bruce Campbell. As a feature filmmaker, he has directed three films: The Mother of Invention (Jimmi Simpson, Dee Wallace, Kevin Corrigan) Jimmy Tupper VS The Goatman of Bowie (SXSW 2010 Premiere), and Worm (Seattle International Film Festival 2013 Premiere).
