A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 10-16 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Compass Trading Co. LLC, of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 701, for $1.7 million. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,283 square feet.
