Some of our favorite mattress brands — including Casper, Allswell, and Leesa — are offering major discounts, and other retailers are throwing in savings on pillows and bedding to sweeten the deal. To keep things consistent, we’re featuring the prices of queen-size mattresses, but all of the mattresses shown are available in other sizes.
Avocado
Avocado, which is our preferred pick for ecofriendly mattresses, is offering $175 off any mattress with code STRATAVO this Veterans Day, while the code STRATPILLOWS will get you two free pillows with your mattress, and STRATBED will give you $150 off any bed frame with a mattress purchase.
Aviya
While Aviya offers three different options, including plush, luxury firm, and firm, the luxury firm is the mattress of choice for several popular hotel chains, and starting on November 9, you can take $200 off any of its mattresses with code STRAT200.
Bear
Bear, which we dubbed the best mattress for athletes, is giving customers $175 off orders over $750 with code STRAT175 and $275 off orders over $1,075 with code STRAT275. It is also throwing in two free cloud pillows with mattress purchase.
Casper
The mattress-in-a-box brand that started it all is offering Strategist customers 10 percent off all of its mattresses using the code STRATVD10.
Eight Sleep
Eight Sleep is giving $200 off any order with purchase of the Pod, a “smart” mattress that comes with sleep-tracking technology and temperature control.
Layla Sleep
Layla Sleep is offering $150 off any mattress, plus two free pillows. But if you’re not ready to get a whole new mattress, Layla also has discounts on bedding accessories: $50 off any size memory-foam toppers, $50 off weighted blankets, and $30 off sheets. There’s also a “buy one, get one half off” deal on pillows.
Leesa
Leesa is offering 15 percent off its entire site through November 15. We’re fans of its foam mattress, which offer excellent pressure relief for most types of sleepers.
Molecule
Molecule is offering tiered deals this Veterans Day: $25 off orders over $200, $75 off orders over $500, $150 of order over $1,000, and $200 off orders over $1,500. You’ll also receive free sheets with any mattress purchase and a free pillow with any topper purchase.
Plush Beds
Plush Beds is throwing in free bedding bundles on top of its already steep discounts. Purchases made with the code STRATEGIST will get you $1,200 off all organic-latex mattresses, as well as two organic-latex pillows, a sheet set, and a protector for free. And if you prefer memory foam, you’ll get $600 off all memory-foam mattresses, along with two organic-latex pillows and a sheet set for free.
Nest Bedding

While not technically a Veterans Day sale, Tempur-Pedic is offering $200 off their Breeze Mattress from now until December 3, if you want to get a head start on your Black Friday shopping.

Foam-mattress enthusiasts, take note: Tuft & Needle is offering $125 off its Mint Mattress or its brand-new Hybrid model. Veterans and currently enlisted customers will also receive an additional $50 off.
WinkBeds
WinkBeds is giving Strategist readers $300 off any mattress with the code STRAT300 through November 13. And, as we’ve previously reported, WinkBeds mattresses, which combine layers of soft with supportive springs and coils, are especially great for sleepers dealing with back pain.
