A ramp along Route 422 is shut down following a crash in Armstrong County Thursday afternoon.Sky 4 flew over the scene in Manor Township, near the Kittanning exit.PennDOT officials said the PA 66 South - Ford City exit is closed. The estimated reopen time is 7 p.m. but officials said it may change based on the clean-up of the scene. Drivers are asked to use caution in the area and take alternate routes.
