I purchased a 2022 Gulfstream Amerilite 24RLS from Travel Camp in Clermont FL on 9/24/2022 (SUNDAY). It was taken from the dealer to my brother's house on 9/27/2023 (Wednesday) 10 miles (approximately) sat for 3 days then taken to camp ground in Astor FL. From the moment it was set up on Sunday 10/01/2023 I have been having issues with water leaks from the shower. The shower was never sealed to the wall from the manufacturer, this should've been caught by their so called quality control team but for whatever reason it wasn't and should've been caught by the dealer during their so called "PDI" and it wasn't. I've had dealer send tech out 3 times for leaks each time they had to seal the shower in different places, I also had an issue with no hot water.

According to the first tech the hot water heater was not turned on from inside where the tank is and then there is a outlet for the hot water heater to be plugged into but the tech couldn't find the plug now mind you this was the 2nd time he came out that also had to do with a water leak, he also checked my bathroom sink faucet because water was going all over the counter he stated it was because the manufacturer put the faucet back to far and my only solution is to replace it at my expense. So then a 2nd guy comes out finds the plug that the first guy couldn't find and plugs it in now why all of this wasn't done during the "PDI" no one knows, I did ask him about the faucet issue he looked at it and said absolutely not it was missing a piece and would send to me.

The 3rd guy comes out due to power tripped, when the 2nd guy was out did his thing "fixed" my issue left I showered did my hair (used hair dryer) I had on the bathroom light no issues (2nd guy Saturday the 14th) Sunday the 15th another leak from shower but coming from closet in the bathroom right beside the shower (all leaks are on video and pics) Tuesday the 17th I'm doing my hair again only one light on nothing different from Saturday the 14th and my power trips, I didn't have time to check but thinking it was a breaker I'll check it when I get home from work thinking easy fix...wrong! I check breakers they're good fuses are good , all of these leaks lead me to believe water got a hold of wiring so the main breaker tripped.

This is where the 3rd guy comes in tells me power tripped from pole he goes over everything from first leak to current situation gave me things to look for stated that if leak happens again to look under the shower make sure no water there if dry then it could be the splash guard on the shower door. 10/18/2023 surprise ...leak from shower coming from closet I forwarded the video to tech at travel camp I also contacted Gulfstream to no surprise from these reviews they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AF.

I have spoken to the dealer to unwind and flat cancel deal to put me in another camper they are refusing stating nothing they can do which is BS they can they just don't want to plus I spoke to bank that financed my deal and stated that dealer can unwind and redo with another unit again the dealer doesn't want to plus they are being bought out by another dealer. WORD TO THE WISE STAY AWAY FROM GULFSTREAM PRODUCTS AND TRAVEL CAMP!

First ever complaint for a company. My aunt and uncle have been RVers forever. My uncle tragically passed away with ALS recently. She bought this GulfStream 5210 because it's small. She quickly found out it was too hard for her alone. She was afraid to sell it on her own being older because she didn't want to go on test drives with strangers. I took the RV from her in Texas to Vegas to help her out. On the way, the table fell off due to only having 2 thin screws. My daughter was hurt, just bruises. There was water in the bathroom from the back of the hose that went to the toilet. She's only used the toilet twice, never the shower. I called for warranty right away and left several messages.

Lori called me back. She looked up VIN # and I told her the situation why it was in Vegas. She gave me Johnny Walker, they don't do warranty repair. She gave me Hal's RV. Hal's RV spoke with Lori, got auth. Lori said everything should be covered, no worries. I get a notification from Hal's RV, 3 months later, saying GulfStream won't pay for repairs because I'm the second owner. I called GulfStream. Lori's not there. Shannon is there. First she said repairs were done after the warranty date. I informed her process started prior to warranty expiration. She said I'm the second owner. I told her at the time of the repair, I was not. She said invoice said so. I got Hal's RV to correct the invoice.

GulfStream still refused because Lori left no notes. Then they accused Hal's RV being shady with over charging for the repairs. I told them I wouldn't know because I didn't auth the repair, GulfStream, Lori did. They recommended Hal's RV. They said denied due to no photos. I've sent photos. Pictures were dated prior to warranty expiration. Now they said they don't care because I'm the second owner, which I've told them I was not at the time of repair, again. They will do anything NOT to pay. Not very nice. Good luck. You'll need it. Don't buy.

We purchased a 2022 Gulf Stream 6337SE Conquest 24' motorhome in August of 2022, from a small dealership in Minnesota. The price and overall quality was good. My issue is with customer service and warranty, which is basically nonexistent. I replaced a kinked waterline and water pump as a result of blocked line which was not caught by the dealer. The other problem was with the inverter, which I replaced. I was able to get Gulf Stream to cover the cost of parts that I purchased, which took two months. The last problem was with missing trim in the bathroom, which after 6 months, Gulf Stream will not cover, telling me we will have to order it through the dealer, which does not respond any better than the company.

I am a full day's drive from any dealership and qualified to do the repairs myself, which I do. I can't find any comparable trim anywhere including online. The absolute B/S that I get from the company customer rep is not acceptable under any circumstances, considering I will do the repairs for free except the parts. We have only used the motorhome once, which was ok. Overall, the Chevrolet Class C 3500 van with a 6.6 V8 is a 9, coach quality a 7-8, and the customer service is a 1. I went through the unit with my own post-delivery check after driving home, which did prevent some issues, as much of the interior is built for light-duty use.

I purchased a brand new vintage cruiser. When I got home And looked under I cried! Rust and corrosion on the frame. No shackle on the spring. Warranty is a big fat lie. Shea family should be ashamed. I would like to share Pictures of my new rusty trailer.

Purchased a new gulf stream trailer for 40k over the phone from Bourbon RV in Missouri. It arrived with a ding in the fridge and water damage on ceiling both inside and out. I denied delivery and dealership directed driver to drop and leave. This dealership knew of the damage before delivery and now expects me to go through the warranty process for repair. I need help with this issue. I cannot use the trailer and feel like I have been scammed.

I recently purchased a 1990 Gulfstream Conquest, just 20’ long - half the reason I purchased it. The other reason was its age. (I appreciate older mechanics.) I expected problems because of its age, so I haven’t been too upset to deal with leaking plumbing (which I still, after ten weeks of living in and trying to figure it out, still haven’t); broken drawers and cabinet doors; vents that don’t close - and it had once had water damage from the roof. However, the RV drives beautifully. I feel incredibly safe behind the wheel. I can leave a cup of tea on the counter, drive hundreds of miles and it’s still there when I arrive. It’s quiet. The overall design is excellent - the most functional design with 2 huge picture windows and an openness unparalleled in a short rig. Of my five camping vehicles over the decades, this is my favorite.

I bought a new Innsbruck Travel Trailer in July 2020. I've camped in it twice. During the 1st trip, the fresh water tank burst while filling it, the stereo cut out playing CDs and the AC control didn't work correctly. I brought it back to the dealer for repair and was informed that Gulf Stream would not honor the warranty on the water tank. I have waited two months for Gulf Stream to send a replacement tank, and it still has not arrived. Stereo still isn't fixed. AC controller is still flaky.

During the 2nd trip, the awning suddenly collapsed. Gulf Stream had fastened it to the trailer with three screws instead of the six specified by the Awning manufacturer. The single screw holding the awning at the top ripped through the fiberglass support beam and the entire scissor arm assembly was destroyed. Dealer says Gulf Stream will probably not honor the warranty on the awning either. The quality control for Gulf Stream is non-existent. Do not buy anything from them.

BT Cruiser 5210. Review 8/30/2020. It's probably safe to write a first review after 10,000 miles. Traveled from Southwestern Florida to Arizona and back. Blue Ridge Parkway dry camping. Various Florida campgrounds. I am 83 and travel by myself with my Chihuahua. I expect all the comforts of home when dry camping. I have had several small motorhomes for many years so I know what I need. I added solar panel and satellite TV. Had a new 12v wire run to 500w inverter to run TV, and satellite. I have the 2 couch model. I rounded off sink end of the table to be able to slide in and out easily. Table bungees nicely behind passenger seat. Put lever control on shower head to conserve water. Sleeps 2, lives 1.

The good: Absolutely brilliant design. All the complaints I have had with previous motorhomes have been resolved. Automatic step, automatic awning, and the entry light switch is down by the step. When inside, turns off and on easily with your foot. Large rocker control switch. Large HD TV. Large round sink takes up a bit too much space, but good for washing clothes. Nice large shower (I'm 6'1"). Oven, fridge and stove work perfectly. Leave electric switch on hot water heater on and any time you run Gen or connect you have plenty of hot water. Automatic thermostat holds coach at desired temp. Awning windows can be forgotten open and rain does not get in. I leave one couch made up as bed at all times. I mostly leave table up as I travel. Adequate fresh water if you are careful. I go 5 weeks without having to empty black water because I do not use bathroom sink.

The bad: Assembly was careless. Screen door had to be rehung and adjusted. Top shower slide rod popped out while taking shower. 5" strip of gorilla tape provides permanent fix. Bottom Corner of shower needed to be caulked. One exterior door magnet missing. Someone dropped a screw driver point first on roof. Let water go down and migrate back to shower skylight. Son filled with caulk. Someone somewhere stepped on bathroom vent and cracked. Much finger pointing. This is my 3rd E350. All had driving design problems. Ford avoids addressing these.

My recommendation: If you want to boondocks, at 22' this is just about perfect. I am adding sea level gauges since the included ones are totally worthless, as are all such gauges. I am a rough user. I go wherever strikes my fancy. I expect to be able to stay anywhere for at least a week in complete comfort. This MH will do that, possibly for 2.

Our 2018 Innsbruck brand new is the worse workmanship I have ever seen. I am not letting up. If I have to gave to have it delivered back to the manufacturers I will. Seems like the Shea family doesn't really care not do the dealerships who sold us this piece of low quality poor workmanship. A court of law should put this family in the woods and make them live in this what they call a quality RV.

We bought our 2019 Kingsport 199rk in August of 2018. It is now may 2019 I’ve already had to reply the vent covers because they became brittle and leaked into the bathroom. I believe they use the cheapest parts they can find so make sure you do your research before you buy.
