Ines Tamales & More has opened at 22 E. Vine St. in Redlands, a space that was once a movie theater but more recently was a noodle house called Ramen Song.

Ines serves Mexican favorites and packages orders to-go, but customers are free to eat them in the dining room.

Chicken, pork, beef, cheese, corn or vegan tamales are sold a la carte for $3.50 each, or two for $14 in combination plates that include rice, beans and soft drinks.

Other entrees include beef birria, $14; pork ribs, $13.60; chicken mole, $13.60; and menudo, $12.
