Deliverect Chooses Mexico for LatAm Customer Service Center

Belgium’s fast-growing SaaS (software-as-a-service) startup Deliverect has chosen Mexico City to build a customer services center, which will support the company’s operations throughout the Americas.

The center will provide customer support in three languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Founded in 2018, Deliverect’s software eases the task of managing online orders for food vendors, such as restaurants.

The company employs around 250 persons globally. It is not clear yet how many people it will hire in Mexico.

The contact center will offer “agile and efficient customer service”, said Valentín Vermersch, the company’s General Manager for Latin America. Once the call center goes operational, Deliverect expects every call to be answered within one minute and every message to be replied to within two minutes.

“This new team in Mexico reinforces our commitment to providing high-quality experiences and the vision of positioning ourselves as the leader in online order automation globally,” Vermersch added.

Deliverect has been operating in Mexico for the past two years. Its client list includes restaurant chains such as Mora Mora, Taquearte, Carl’s Jr., 50 Friends, El Bajío and Hooters.

It claims that it is processing one-and-a-half million orders per week and that its global operation expanded more than 300% in less than a year.
