Shelter-In-Place Order Lifted In Mill Valley Area

The shelter-in-place order was lifted at 6 p.m., according to the Mill Valley Police Department.

MILL VALLEY, CA — Authorities asked people to shelter in place Thursday near police activity in the Strawberry area of unincorporated Marin County.

Deputies from the Marin County Sheriff's Office were at 47 N. Knoll Road, according to the Mill Valley Police Department. That is the address of the Kruger Pines housing complex, according to the Marin Department of Health & Human Services' website.

The sheriff's office advised anyone in the area to shelter in place until further notice, Mill Valley police said.
