The Frisco RoughRiders have decided to make the best of a canceled baseball season, and are inviting North Texans to join their kickball league this fall. The season is set to kick off on Oct. 22.

Games will be played weekly on Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 at the Dr Pepper Ballpark. Regular season ends on Nov. 19, and playoffs will take place on Dec. 3. To participate, teams must have 12 players — with the option to add more — and pay a $600 registration fee.

Sponsored by Hop and Sting Brewing Co. in Grapevine, beer and light snacks will be available for purchase.
