Theft: Quarry Lane

A woman reported items missing from her belongings at a hotel when she changed rooms overnight July 2 into July 3. The woman said she noticed a $105 bottle of perfume missing following the move. Police questioned hotel employees, but there were no suspects at the time of the report.

Assault: Rockside Road

A woman was arrested for assault at 3:57 a.m. July 3 after police were called to a room at a Holiday Inn. The victim was found with scratch marks on his face. He said he and his girlfriend began arguing over her past heroin use and she attacked him. The man admitted to trying to keep the woman off him during the incident, at which time her head struck the hotel floor.
