The crime happened at 11 p.m. June 22 at Trumbauersville Elementary School at 101 Woodview Drive in the Bucks County community of Trumbauersville, police from the Dublin barracks report.

Two people were walking on the school property when one went into the school through a window and the other served as a lookout, police said.

The man inside went to the main office and tampered with the Simplex Fire Alarm system, removing the LCD annunciator panel and cutting wires, police said. A surveillance camera captured the man opening an exit door and gesturing to someone who was out of view, police said. When no one else came in, the man propped open the door with orange scissors taken from the office, police said.

He went back into the building for another minute or so and then left, police said. Nothing else was taken and there was no further damage, police said.

The man is described as 16 to 30 years old, dressed in black and wearing a hood and a skull mask that covered his lower face, police said. But when he went back into the building, the mask was pulled down and his face was visible, police said.

If anyone recognizes the man or has any information involving the case, they are asked to call Trooper Ian Stewart at 215-249-9191.
