Milliken's latest flooring collections include carpet tiles to aid social distancing

Milliken has launched its latest flooring collections at VDF products fair, including Social Factor carpet tiles that encourage physical distancing in the workplace.

In addition, the flooring manufacturer is presenting its updated Crafted Series carpet range and the Change Agent flooring series that is designed "to bring the outside in".

The three flooring collections are now live at the VDF products fair, a platform at the Virtual Design Festival that offers designers and brands an affordable way to launch new products.

Social Factor is a carpet collection developed by Milliken in response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the resultant "safety needs of the new workplace".

It features bold graphic tiles with arrows and footprints that can be to encourage social distancing in offices by marking boundaries and directing traffic flow.

It has also launched the update of its Crafted Series carpet collection

The two other collections that feature at the VDF products fair are Change Agent and the updated Crafted Series, which first launched in 2018.

Change Agent features a mix of carpets and vinyl with "earthy colours" to evoke nature and boost wellbeing, while the Crafted Series update introduces a new carpet tile design and 12 more colours.

Geberit is another manufacturing company at the VDF products fair. The Swiss company is showcasing three collections including a wastewater technology called SuperTube designed specifically for high-rise buildings.

Other products include chairs and sofas by British brand Modus, and three folding bicycles by the Austrian brand Vello.
