NYC Vaccine Mandate

Employees may not return to in-person work, whether doing so is voluntary or mandatory, without being vaccinated, unless they qualify for a medical or religious exemption or they work alone and do not have in-person contact with co-workers or others in the course of their business. Businesses must verify each worker’s proof of vaccination, which currently does not include a booster requirement.
