Naugatuck Coronavirus Updates: 23 Cases Confirmed

The health district includes the towns of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Naugatuck, Seymour, and Shelton is reporting 149 combined cases.

NAUGATUCK, CT — The Naugatuck Valley Health District announced that there are 23 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in Naugatuck and that 17 local residents have also tested negative.

The health district which includes the towns of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Naugatuck, Seymour, and Shelton is reporting a combined number of 149 cases and four deaths. The most cases are in Shelton, 60, and all four deaths have been reported in Shelton.

And the confirmed cases show that the most are between the ages of 30 and 39 and 11 cases have been reported between the ages of 20 and 29.
