Alexandria man injured in train crash near Bunkie

Louisiana State Police reported that a train and vehicle collided Thursday night on Hwy 71, south of Bunkie.
The crash happened around 7:20 p.m. The vehicle involved was a 2006 Dodge van, driven by a 28-year-old man from Alexandria, who sustained moderate injuries.
No further details were released.
