Prom Dress Sale Benefits Juniorette Charities In Long Valley
The average prices of the new and gently used dresses are expected to range between $30 to $40 each.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — A selection of new and second-hand prom dresses and gowns will go on sale through the Long Valley Juniorettes.
The Juniorettes, a group of young women from grades seven to 12, will sell the dresses to benefit “various organizations and charities in the Long Valley community and beyond,” according to information from the organization.
The sale was planned at 10 Harvest Lane from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 5, 6, 19 and 20 and March 5, 6, 19 and 20.

Most of the new and gently used dresses were expected to be moderately priced, between $30 and $40 each. The group said there will be dresses in many colors, styles and sizes.

The Juniorettes help year-round with various service projects. In December, they created baking boxes and gift bags for families in need and for expectant mothers.
