A 29-year-old Oklahoma man is accused of inappropriately touching a  teen boy he shared a hotel bed with at a Clive hotel early Sunday morning, court records show.

Officers responded to a call at the Sterling Inn and Suites in Clive at about 3:40 a.m. on a report of a sexual assault involving the minor. Dalton Gray, 29, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, shared a bed with a boy who slept at the foot of the bed that Gray was lying on.

Dalton Gray, 29, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, is accused of sexually abusing 14-year-old boy while they shared a bed in a hotel room.

Court documents allege the minor woke up to being inappropriately touched by Gray, whom police said was a family friend. The boy got out of bed, but when he returned, Gray continued to molest him while saying "shhh" and "good boy," according to court documents.

The criminal complaint says the boy was "sobbing and could not catch his breath" while telling his mother, who was also at the hotel, what had happened. Gray did not admit to the abuse.

Gray took a breathalyzer test that showed a BAC of 0.06. He admitted to drinking three beers and feeling their effects.

Gray is being held in Polk County Jail on $10,000 cash-only bond after he was booked Sunday morning. An attorney was not listed for Gray as of about 10 a.m. Monday.
