Those seeking assistance filing income tax forms may be able to get free help, the Idaho Tax Commission stated in a news release.
Assistance is available to senior citizens and those with low to moderate incomes at volunteer tax preparation sites throughout Idaho, locations for which can be found at irs.gov or tax.idaho.gov, according to the news release.
All sites are offering electronic filing for quicker refunds, and some also offer help in Spanish, according to the news release.
When visiting a site you must bring photo ID, social security card, W-2 or 1099 forms and last year's state and federal returns for yourself and a spouse, if you are filing jointly, according to the news release.
