Here's what's going on around Middle Tennessee this week!

Vice President Mike Pence visits Tennessee - Goodlettsville
Monday, 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Vice President Mike Pence will headline an event on trade in Tennessee alongside Gov. Bill Lee and U.S. Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue.

Pence is expected to advocate for the passage of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.

The event is free and is funded by Trade Works for America, a group that is pushing for the trade deal.

Dolly Week at Grand Ole Opry - Various locations
Tuesday - Saturday

October 8 kicks off Dolly Week, honoring Dolly Parton's 50th anniversary as a Grand Ole Opry member.

The celebration includes a week-long series of events and five consecutive Dolly-themed shows to honor the Country music legend.

Dolly herself will headline two sold-out shows on Saturday night.

Rock The Cradle featuring Wynonna Judd - The Loveless Barn
Tuesday, 6 p.m.

The Saint Thomas Health Foundation is hosting its annual Rock The Cradle fundraiser supporting obstetrics care and the Beaman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital.

The evening includes a cocktail reception, dinner catered by The Loveless Cafe and a performance by award-winning artist Wynonna Judd.

Dancin' in the District - Riverfront Park
Thursday, 4 - 11 p.m.

Nashville's Dancin' in the District returns after 10 years since the event left Broadway.

The free event promises to bring thousands of live music lovers together on the banks of the Cumberland River, benefiting Music Health Alliance.

Firehouse Expo 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb - Nissan Stadium
Friday, 9 a.m.

Participants will climb the stairs of Nissan Stadium for a total of 110 stories, representing the number of floors in the Twin Towers.

Firefighters, as well as, members of the community will take steps to honor the 343 members of FDNY who sacrificed their lives to save others during the 9/11 attacks.

On-site registration and check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. with an opening ceremony following at 8:45 a.m.
